7) Steering Committee Report on Comprehensive Land Use Plan (Steering Committee normally meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 PM.)

A) July Town Board meeting report – Miller
B) Public hearing of July 24 for ordinance changes
C) Public hearing of Lipe Construction Bros. issue – Wednesday, August 15, 2007
9) New Business:
A) Town Board request to draft language for Zoning Ordinance regarding importation of fill material
B) Interpretation and wording of sign ordinance.
C) Issue of more use of email attachments, less paper for minutes and other communications
