The Lakewood Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lakewood Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the Lipe Bros. Co. case and close the meeting to go into a closed session with Attorney Peter Tiede to discuss litigation strategy.

The purpose of the closed meeting will be to discuss with Attorney Peter Tiede, litigation strategy regarding settlement in the matter of Lipe Bros. Construction Co vs. the Town of Lakewood.
