The Lakewood Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on June 11, 2008 beginning at 7pm at Lakewood Town Hall.
The purpose of the hearings will be to hear an appeal for a variance regarding lack of road setback needed to build a new building.

Legal Description of the property: Lot 0012 Block 000, Lakewood Park in Section 23T51N, R13W
