Lakewood Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at 7:00 PM
Lakewood Town Hall
Present: Chair Wolfe, Inese Holte, Angie Dickison Palmer, Ann Cutts, Peter Miller, Zoning Administrator Brennan Mears, and Recorder David Gerhart. Other citizens were present, including Supervisor Phil Halverson (see attached register).
Bob Wolfe reconvened the public hearing for the Lipe conditional use permit (see minutes of Lipe Conditional Use Permit hearing of 11-27-07). This hearing had been recessed from November 13th. The hearing lasted until approximately 8:55 PM. Chris Roningen was present for the public hearing but exited at the conclusion of the hearing.
Bob Wolfe then called to order the monthly meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission at about 9:00 PM.
Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America was recited by all present.
All members present were voting members.
Bob Wolfe said he would attend the next Town Board meeting as the representative from the Commission.
Mears reported that there would be two variance hearings on December 12, 2007.
Wolfe asked about approval of the minutes from the Lipe conditional use hearings. Motion by Palmer, second by Holte, to postpone review of the minutes until the Commission’s regular meeting on January 29th, 2008, and furthermore, that the regular monthly meeting in December be cancelled as it falls on Christmas Day. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Miller, second by Palmer, to postpone the rest of tonight’s agenda until the January 29th meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Cutts, second by Holte to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 9:05 PM.
The next regular Commission meeting is January 29th, 2008.
